CLUB CUBE CASSOULET

2025 / SCULPTURE

Club Cube Cassoulet is a series of ceramic sculptures developed within Patrimoines Digestes, a project investigating culinary heritage and the ways it is preserved, transformed and transmitted.

Taking cassoulet as its point of departure, the sculptures bring together recognisable food-related forms and a reflective chrome finish.

Through the transformation of a familiar culinary reference into a sculptural object, the series explores the relationships between material, cultural identity and preservation.
